Payment Methods

Payment is by Master Card, Visa Card or Cheque.

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars including a 10% GST.

GST does not apply to International orders - prices will be adjusted accordingly.

Pre-payment is required for all orders before processing.

Delivery Information

Deliveries may be addressed to a post office box. Orders should be checked upon receipt, so that discrepancies can be dealt with promptly.

Australia Charges

Australian Internet orders (only) have a flat postage rate of $7.00 plus

GST = A$7.70 any where in Australia.

Australian Orders are sent by Courier and require a street address.. Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery.

International Charges

All prices are quoted in Austalian Dollars (Please allow up to 14 days for delivery)

Delivery

Every effort is made to ship your order as soon as it is received and payment has been cleared.

Orders requiring special plugs or wiring eg:110volts may add to the delivery time, as they are made at the time of ordering.

International Delivery

International freight is subject to customs clearance and taxes imposed by the country of destination, please allow up to 14 days for delivery.

International orders are sent by certified insured mail by Qantas Express with delivery by DHL or UPS. All freight is barcoded and can

be traced at all times in transit.
